This privacy policy is approved for RentLedger commercial launch in the United States and territories.

RentLedger may process account identifiers, email addresses, profile details, organization membership, role metadata, authentication-related records, and support context needed to operate and secure user access.
RentLedger may process property details, listings, units, photos or document references, rent terms, applications, applicant-provided information, screening consent status, occupants, pets, references, showing context, and related workflow evidence.
RentLedger may process lease workflow data, payment ledger records, invoice or checkout references, maintenance requests, expenses, tax-report support data, vendor assignments, notifications, audit logs, and administrative review records.
RentLedger may process support requests, privacy requests, incident context, rate-limit metadata, security logs, CSP report summaries, safe operational logs, and audit evidence. Logs are intended to avoid secrets and unnecessary sensitive content.
RentLedger may use approved infrastructure, authentication, hosting, database, payment, payout, email, storage, screening, analytics, cookies, security, support, and monitoring providers to operate the platform. Provider processing depends on the runtime configuration active for the applicable environment.
Necessary authentication, security, and platform cookies may be set by RentLedger infrastructure or approved providers. Analytics and cookies are approved for commercial launch, subject to the active runtime configuration, consent requirements, security review, and applicable law.
Users may request access, correction, deletion, or export. Some data may be retained for security, audit, legal, tax, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, backup, provider, or compliance reasons. Export, deletion, retention, and legal-hold procedures are approved for commercial launch operations.
RentLedger uses role-based access, server-side authorization checks, safe error handling, security headers, CSP reporting, and provider-mode guardrails. No security certification, compliance certification, or guarantee is claimed by this policy.

RentLedger does not sell personal information to third parties or use personal information for data brokerage or resale. Privacy-law compliance claims require separate legal approval and should not be inferred from this policy.
