RentLedger provides rental workflow software for property listings, applications, lease workflow tracking, payments, documents, maintenance, vendor coordination, reporting, and administrative review for approved customers in the United States and territories.

Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, maintaining accurate organization and role information, using only accounts they are authorized to access, and verifying any property, application, lease, payment, maintenance, vendor, tax-report, or operational data they enter or rely on.

Users may not misuse RentLedger to upload unlawful content, submit data without permission, evade access controls, interfere with service security, scrape private data, make automated housing decisions without required review, or use the product for unlawful discrimination, harassment, fraud, or unapproved regulated workflows.

Approved paid plans use Stripe in-app checkout when live runtime configuration is enabled. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial and no setup fee. Customers may cancel from their account at any time, effective at the end of the current period. Prorated refunds are not provided. Prices do not include applicable taxes, and fees may vary by payment provider.

RentLedger is a management facilitation platform. Users remain fully responsible for the agreements, processes, procedures, decisions, and obligations they establish with each other. RentLedger does not provide legal, tax, accounting, credit, tenant-screening, banking, payment, insurance, brokerage, property-management, investment, or compliance advice.

RentLedger may suspend, limit, or terminate access for misuse, security risk, nonpayment, legal requirements, provider restrictions, fraud or abuse concerns, or operational safety. Users may stop using the service subject to the approved retention, deletion, export, billing, dispute, and legal-hold procedures.
